Camidoc

Camidoc, a healthcare cooperative with more than 300 GPs in membership, provides urgent care and out-of-hours GP services in four North London boroughs.

We arranged a series of ‘listening days’, which helped Camidoc to communicate with local people in its diverse ‘patch’.

The focus was on local stakeholders within Camden, Islington, Hackney and Haringey reached through opinion formers; such as third sector groups, representative associations and faith organisations.

Our campaign included:

  • Event and agenda design
  • Recruiting and briefing speakers
  • Design and distribution of leaflets, and placement of adverts in local newspapers
  • Press releases and local PR
  • A telemarketing campaign
  • An engagement programme with local authorities, primary care trusts, local organisations and voluntary sector providers of health and social care.

Our report was published and sent to partners and patients outlining the conclusions and effectiveness of the ‘listening days’.
