Ealing Hospital NHS Trust commissioned us to support their application to become a Foundation Trust. Our objective was to recruit members of the local community representative of their local community.

We worked with community intermediaries and local media to deliver a face-to-face community engagement programme. Our highly skilled street teams engaged local people at neighbourhood locations such as shopping centres, markets and busy high streets.

We recruited more than 3,500 members focusing particularly on the first, second and third generation members of the Asian community in Southall, where the Trust is based.
